Trigonometry Basic Formulas - Quick Notes

That one chapter in maths which by default has more alphabets than numbers in its equations. When those alphabets linked together spell out words in an already dead language (*looking at you greek*) but effects our very much alive future, it makes the concept vital in both our exams and real life applications.

< By real life applications, I don't mean "Hey, could you please give me cos30 Kg of rice" kind. Though we don't use the exact words 'Trigonometry' , 'sin' , or 'cos' in our colloquial language , the concepts behind these are used in various everyday purposes , from building the room you are probably sitting in to launching satelites into space. 🤯>

Down below I have given the basic formulas ( hence important) formulas found in the chapter Trigonometry. It is colour coded in order of difficulty and concept :-

1) Black consists of root level formulas

2) Red consists of simple formulas ( 10th grade level)

3) Violet onwards - higher level formulas ( 11th grade level)

(the highlights show commonly made sign mistakes)

Thanks for the formula sheet! I'm too lazy to make one Now all I gotta do is print it in micro size, fold it and take it with me to the exam hall.

The meme though 😂
